Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Extra Large Ice Bath Tub X Pro designed for?
The XL Ice Bath Tub X Pro is built for serious athletes, larger individuals, and those who want maximum comfort during cold plunge sessions. Its extra-large capacity allows full-body immersion without feeling cramped, making it ideal for CrossFit athletes, football players, and bodybuilders.
What does the water chiller compatibility mean?
Water chiller compatibility means the tub has purpose-built inlet and outlet fittings that connect directly to a cold water chiller unit. This allows you to set and maintain an exact temperature — typically 39–55°F (4–13°C) — without continuously adding ice bags.
What does prolonged temperature retention mean for the XL Pro?
The XL Pro’s dual-layer insulated walls slow heat transfer from the surrounding air into the water. In a 70°F ambient environment, the XL Pro maintains target temperature up to 40% longer than non-insulated competitors — saving ice and money.
How does this compare to a commercial cold plunge tank?
The RevivPro XL Ice Bath Tub X Pro delivers a comparable cold plunge experience to fixed commercial tanks at a fraction of the cost and with full portability. Commercial tanks often cost $3,000–10,000+; the XL Pro gives athletes the same recovery benefits without the commitment.
